I have been hearing the word "Politics" at work since i have graduated from polytechnic and after my friends have step into the working force.I think I have finally started to experience on how and what politics is at work.
There are 3 staff here in my workplace.For my 1st week at work,the 3 of them taught me different methods towards handling certain stuff at work.Their way of thinking crash with one another and have different ways of doing their work.I am confused over what I am suppose to do or to follow who. There have been several times when i get scolded when i follow another colleague ways and when i follow my colleague's method,i get spoted by my manager and i get another scolding from her.
In conculsion,I hope they can standarise the system so that I have a clear idea on what or who to follow.
